Data from individual studies and meta-analysis from KidneyGenAfrica are made available either publicly or under managed access or upon request for collaboration. Individual-level data of contributing cohorts of KidneyGenafrica including their phenotype, and genotype data are available to researchers under managed access on European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA): UGR: EGAS00001001558, EGAD00010000965, AWI-GEN: EGAD00001004448, and AADM: dbGAP: phs001844. Requests for access to data will be granted for all research consistent with the consent provided by participants.
